The problem
Tabs needed reach that didn't depend on paid spend. Paid reach stops when the budget stops. Every organic post is a new chance for the algorithm to find an audience.
A roster instead of one big influencer
The usual move is to pay one big creator for one big post. I built a wall of creators instead, many accounts posting about one brand, so no single person could stop the program. I recruited for consistency: can this person post every day for a month?
Every day, on accounts built for the brand
Creators posted daily to dedicated accounts like @naomixtabs, @bealovestabs, @tabs.monica and @marinalovestabs, on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. A video can break out on one platform and do nothing on the other two, so being on all three catches more of the upside.
Most posts get a few hundred views. A few break out, and volume does the rest.
Most posts flop, on purpose
A normal post got a few hundred views. Scroll any account and you'd see 398 views, 313, 245. Then one takes off. On @bealovestabs the top two posts got 266.2K and 42.4K views while almost everything else stayed under 400. @naomixtabs has 316 videos and 910.9K likes. Judge the program by the normal post and you'd shut it down.

Reels from the program, with their view counts.
Breakouts become the next brief
Every week we looked at what broke out, wrote one sentence on why, and sent the best of those to every creator as prompts. Likes on the breakouts reached 22.9K, 66.3K, 136.8K and 464.9K.
One team running it
Someone checked every account every morning. Someone recruited. Someone handled contracts and usage rights. Someone ran the weekly review. We ran it on one number, organic views a month, checked weekly.
